    简历介绍

    王志,男,博士,中国科研实验室特聘研究员、博士生导师,东北大学博士生导师,战略金属资源绿色循环利用国家工程研究中心总工,资源环境绿色过程工程研究部副主任。国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金取得者、国家重点研发计划项目首席、关键金属重大研究计划重点项目负责人、泰山产业创新领军人才、北京市科技新星等。任中国有色金属学会固废资源化委员会副主任委员、云南省硅材料绿色制造工程中心专委会主任委员等;《矿冶》副主编以及《cScience》、《 Materials》、《绿色矿山》、《轻金属》等编委。

    主要致力于集成电路关键材料绿色制造理论与应用研究,聚焦一到四代半导体用高纯金属国家战略需求,突破了硅、钛、镓等高纯金属制备关键技术,实现了从理论创新到产业落地的贯通。主持了国家重点研发计划项目1项、课题2项、国家自然科学基金项目8项(重点1项、面上5项)、企业横向项目30余项。获中国有色金属工业科学技术一等奖、中国循环经济协会科技进步一等奖、中国产学研合作创新奖等省部级/协会奖励8项。在Nat. Commun., Adv. Energy Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater.等发表SCI论文280余篇,专著1部、编著1册,授权发明专利90余件。
