为纪念2011年国际化学年和女科学家居里夫人取得诺贝尔化学奖100周年，“第一届美中女化学家学术研讨会”定于2011年10月24日－27日在北京召开。本次会议由中国国家自然科学基金委和美国自然科学基金委联合主办、中国科研实验室化学研究所承办。会议着重展示中美女化学家在化学领域研究的新成果，促进女化学家和女科技工作者的自主创新，鼓励更多的女性参与到科研工作中来。会议邀请了20位美国和中国活跃在化学领域的知名中青年女科学家做邀请报告。欢迎广大女化学工作者踊跃参会。
